How do I become a seller on Thrivvy?
You must fill a seller form one form per listing. Thrivvy reviews each submission and makes a decision within 24 hours. You'll be contacted on the WhatsApp number provided in the form with the decision and next steps.
What information do I provide in the seller form?
Provide accurate item details, clear photos, brand/size/condition, asking price, and your WhatsApp contact number and detailed pickup address. Each form corresponds to one listing.
How long until my listing is accepted?
Decisions are made within 24 hours of form submission. You will be notified on the WhatsApp number you provided.
Who is Thrivvy’s shipping partner?
Our logistics partner for pickup and transport to the warehouse is Aramex.
Do I pay any selling fees to Thrivvy?
No Thrivvy charges no selling fees. You will receive exactly your selling price, minus any bank transfer or mobile wallet processing fees that your payout provider may charge.
Does Thrivvy change my listed price?
Thrivvy may add an additional markup between 150 EGP and 900 EGP on top of the selling price when displaying the final listing price to buyers. This is a platform-level adjustment and does not reduce the amount you will receive (you still get your listed price).
What happens after my item is sold?
Once a sale is placed Thrivvy will call you to confirm pickup time and collect your payout details. Our Aramex partner will then pick up the item from your doorstep.
Do sellers pay for pickup or shipping to Thrivvy?
No sellers do not pay for the pickup or shipping to Thrivvy’s warehouse (pickup from seller doorstep is free for sellers).
What happens at the Thrivvy warehouse?
Items undergo inspection & verification (condition check, authenticity where applicable, and match vs listing). Only items that pass inspection proceed to be shipped to the buyer.
When do I get paid?
If the item passes inspection, your payout is processed 7–10 business days starting from the pickup date.
What if my item fails inspection?
If inspection fails (misrepresented condition, authenticity issues, major undisclosed damage, etc.), the sale is canceled. The item will be returned to you and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Thrivvy will notify you with the inspection result and evidence.
If I need to edit my listing, how do I do that?
All edits to listings after submission or after the listing is live must be requested via WhatsApp or by emailing info@thrivvy.fashion. Edits cannot be made directly in the dashboard after sale placement contact support
Are prices shown inclusive of taxes?
Yes all prices are inclusive of taxes.
How will I receive tracking and status updates?
Tracking and status updates (pickup, inspection, shipment, payout) are provided only via WhatsApp or email to the contact details you supplied.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include used underwear, cosmetics, and skin care products. Do not list these items.
Who pays taxes on the sale?
Transaction prices include taxes. Sellers must still ensure they comply with local tax laws and declare income as required by law.
What documentation should I provide for verification?
Provide clear photos (multiple angles), closeups of tags/labels, proof of authenticity if available, and honest condition notes. The more transparent you are, the lower the chance of a failed inspection.
What if my item is lost or damaged during Aramex pickup or transit?
Thrivvy fully refunds the seller with the full amount for the shipment in case of shipment loss

Buyer FAQs
How does buying on Thrivvy work?
When you place an order, Thrivvy arranges pickup of the item from the seller’s doorstep via our shipping partner Aramex. The item is sent to our warehouse, where it is verified, inspected, and cleaned. Only after passing inspection do we ship it to you. This ensures you always receive authentic, quality-checked items.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery may take up to 7 days. This time allows:
- Item pickup from the seller
-Inspection & cleaning at Thrivvy warehouse
-Final shipment to you
Who pays for delivery?
Buyers pay the delivery fees on top of the order price at checkout.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are allowed under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 24 hours after item delivery.
-The buyer pays the return shipping fees.
-The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (tags, cleanliness, no extra wear).
-Once Thrivvy receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed via mobile wallet transfer only.
Are exchanges available?
No. Exchanges are not available. Only returns are supported under the above conditions.
How are refunds made?
Refunds are processed via mobile wallet transfer after the returned item has been received and verified by Thrivvy.
Can I dispute an item I bought?
Items are inspected and verified at Thrivvy’s warehouse before they are shipped to you. Because of this, buyers cannot dispute items that passed inspection. If you are not satisfied, you can still return it within the allowed timeframe (buyer pays return shipping).
What discounts are available when buying multiple items?
We offer closet bundle discounts when you buy multiple items from the same seller in one order:
- Buy 2 items → 100 EGP OFF
- Buy 3 items → 200 EGP OFF
- Buy 4 items → 300 EGP OFF
- And so on (+100 EGP discount for each additional item).
This makes it cheaper to shop multiple pieces from the same seller’s closet!
How do I track my order?
Tracking and updates are sent only via WhatsApp or email (the contact details you provided at checkout). You’ll be notified at key steps: seller pickup, warehouse inspection, shipping to you.
Are all prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. All listed prices are inclusive of taxes.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as the pickup and inspection process begins immediately.
What items are prohibited on Thrivvy?
To ensure buyer safety, sellers cannot list:
- Used underwear
- Used Cosmetics
- Used Skin care products

Is everything authentic?
Items are carefully inspected by Thrivvy before shipping to buyers. For branded items, we conduct authenticity checks whenever possible. Sellers must also provide photos of tags/labels and proof of authenticity (if available).

Why do you inspect items before shipping to me?
Thrivvy’s inspection process ensures:
- The item matches the listing description
- The condition is accurate (no stains, damages, undisclosed defects)
- The item is clean and safe for buyers
This protects you from fraud or misrepresentation.
What happens if the item fails inspection?
If an item fails inspection, the order is canceled, and you are refunded immediately in case of credit card/mobile wallet payments (since the item never ships to you).
What payment methods do you support?
Currently, Thrivvy supports various payments methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, and Valu. Refunds for Cash on Delivery payments are always issued via mobile wallet transfer.
