Shipping policy

At Thrivvy, we aim to make shipping smooth and reliable for both buyers and sellers. Please review the details below:

For Buyers

1. Thrivvy handles delivery logistics through our delivery partner.
2. We currently ship domestically across all Egyptian governorates, with delivery times of up to 7 days.
3. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery governorate.
4. Buyers will receive updates about their order status through WhatsApp notifications.

For Sellers

1. Thrivvy handles item(s) pickup logistics through a delivery partner.
2. Once a buyer places an order, Thrivvy immediately contacts the seller to arrange a pickup date.
3. Courrier will come to the seller’s doorstep for pickup, with no fees charged to the seller.
4. Sellers simply need to hand over the packaged item to the delivery partner at the scheduled time.

للمشترين

1. تتولى Thrivvy إدارة لوجستيات التوصيل من خلال شريك التوصيل.
2. نقوم حاليًا بالشحن محليًا عبر جميع محافظات مصر، مع أوقات تسليم تصل إلى 7 أيام.
3. يتحمل المشتري رسوم الشحن، ويتم احتسابها عند الدفع بناءً على محافظة التوصيل.
4. سيتلقى المشترون تحديثات حول حالة الطلب من خلال إشعارات واتساب.

للبائعين

1. تتولى Thrivvy إدارة لوجستيات استلام المنتجات من خلال شريك الشحن.
2. بمجرد أن يقوم المشتري بتقديم طلب، تقوم Thrivvy فورًا بالتواصل مع البائع لتحديد موعد الاستلام.
3. سيصل مندوب الشحن إلى عنوان البائع لاستلام المنتج، دون أي رسوم يتحملها البائع.
4. كل ما على البائع فعله هو تسليم المنتج المُغلف لشريك الشحن في الموعد المحدد.
